Combining the use of self-adhesive membranes, hot air welding and solvent-free adhesives, Stress Ply Flex SA System is Garland UK’s premier flame-free modified bitumen system.

Giving you quality performance without compromise, the StressPly Flex SA System features the same durability and robust waterproofing benefits as multi-ply torch-on bitumen membranes, without the need for naked flame.

The membrane laps feature a self-adhesive compound technology, allowing laps to be partially sealed without the need for flame and does not risk burning heat-sensitive insulation board or combustible deck materials during the hot-air welding process.

SA Flex VCL

Vapour Control Layer (VCL)

SA Flex VCL is an SBS modified metal lined vapour control layer, for self adhesive applications. The vapour control layer is a high-performance membrane that prevents water vapour from entering the waterproofing system, which can lead to the disruptive formation of condensation.

SA Flex Base

Underlayment

The SA Flex Base is an underlayment that includes polyester reinforcement and SBS modifiers providing excellent strength and resistance to tearing and puncturing, whilst allowing for flexibility of the roof structure. Designed with self adhesive strips for flame free applications.

StressPly SA Flex

Mineral Cap Sheet

The StressPly Flex SA Cap Sheet membrane is 3.5mm thick and contains a high-quality SBS rubber compound, for maximum durability. Available in both charcoal and brown slate finishes.
