Three-layer waterproofing
A three-layer membrane build-up comprising base, intermediate, and cap sheets designed to function as a complete waterproofing assembly.
Reinforced construction
Polyester reinforcement provides flexibility and tensile strength (up to 1000 N/50mm) within the membrane structure.
Mineral slate finish
A mineral-finished cap sheet provides UV protection to the exposed waterproofing layer.
Warm & cold roof compatible
Suitable for specification within both warm roof and cold roof constructions across refurbishment and new-build projects.

High-performance torch-on base sheet with adhesive strips that allow trapped vapour to disperse throughout the system, preventing blistering and ensuring system longevity.
Torch Flex Vapour Barrier
Vapour Control Layer (VCL)
SBS modified metal-lined vapour control layer preventing water vapour infiltration that can cause condensation damage and system failure.
