Multi-layer waterproofing
A multi-layer waterproofing assembly comprising AVCL, underlay, and cap sheet designed to function as a complete waterproofing assembly.
Reinforced construction
Composite polyester and glass fibre reinforcement provides flexibility and tensile strength (up to 1000 N/50mm) within the membrane structure.
Mineral slate finish
A mineral-finished cap sheet provides UV protection to the exposed waterproofing layer.
Warm & inverted roof compatible
Suitable for specification within both warm roof and inverted roof constructions across refurbishment and new-build projects.

High-performance torch-on base sheet with low-melt strips that allow trapped vapour to disperse throughout the system, preventing blistering and ensuring system longevity.
Torch Flex Vapour Barrier
Air and Vapour Control Layer (AVCL)
SBS modified metal-lined vapour control layer preventing water vapour infiltration that can cause condensation damage and system failure.
