I joined Garland UK in 2013 and work in the North East, covering Sunderland, Newcastle, Durham and the surrounding areas.
From the outset I take care of everything, from the initial survey and detailed condition reports, through to budgets, tailored design specifications and on-site installation checks. I really enjoy working with multi-site customers, helping them to manage their challenging estate budgets and helping to prioritise their phased plans or works.
An important part of my role is to offer honest advice and I will always put myself in the building owners shoes, asking myself if it was my roof what would I do? Once I have carried out the necessary technical reports and site investigation, if only a simple repair is needed rather than a complete refurbishment, then that’s what I will recommend.
