Refurbishment and Cladding Replacement

R-MER Shield LT achieves A1 fire classification, making it the ideal system to replace any failed facade or combustible cladding that does not meet Approved Document B building regulations or fire classification standards. 

The Hilti slab to slab subframe fixes directly into the existing concrete floor slabs requiring fewer fixing brackets and penetrations, significantly minimising disruption to building occupants.

Cladding profiles showing smooth, macro and micro panels

R-MER Shield LT profiles are manufactured from high-quality aluminium and are avaiable in smooth, macro and micro surfaces for complete design flexibility. All profiles can be specified with a built-in shadow reducing installation error to provide a consistent aesthetic.

Engineered with application versatility in mind, the profiles can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally. The LT profiles are manufactured in standard construction widths, ranging from 250 to 500mm in 50mm increments in lengths of up to 6m. In addition, both internal and external pre-formed corners are available.

Wide range of colour coated aluminium profiles 

Constructed from lightweight aluminium, R-MER Shield LT profiles are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, all of which are UV-resistant to protect the facade from environmental conditions whilst delivering a striking finish to suit all design requirements.
